By creating an account or using Ghost-Mic, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.
1Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Ghost-Mic.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to create an account.
- By using Ghost-Mic, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2Account Registration
- To access certain features, you must register an account with accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3Content Ownership and Usage Rights
- Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (voice recordings, scripts, animations, avatars).
- By uploading content, you grant Ghost-Mic a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4Anonymity and Privacy
Privacy-First Design
- Ghost-Mic is designed to protect creator anonymity. You may use pseudonyms or avatars instead of your real name.
- We do not reveal personal information without your explicit consent, except where legally required.
5Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Ghost-Mic for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Impersonate other individuals or entities
- Post content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform in any way
6Monetization and Payments
- Creators may earn revenue through tips, ad revenue sharing, premium content, and merchandise sales.
- Ghost-Mic processes payments through secure third-party providers.
- Revenue shares, fees, and payout schedules are described in your Creator Dashboard and may change with notice.
7Intellectual Property of Ghost-Mic
- All platform code, logos, design elements, and technologies are owned by Ghost-Mic and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
8Termination of Account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or harm the community.
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9Disclaimer of Warranties
- Ghost-Mic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the Platform will meet all user expectations.
10Limitation of Liability
- Ghost-Mic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid to us by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
